Medical check-up

On 1st July I did my medical check-up with KPJ Specialist Centre. I was shocked when my BP was quite high. It is 137/107. For normal people the normal reading is <140/90. Dr advised me to do my 2nd & 3rd check-up in 2 weeks time. Hopefully by the time my BP will go down. My cholestrol and my glucose is normal......till today I still can't get the answer why my BP became high! Am I over stress? Oh no...........
